There’s been a lot of buzz lately surrounding the NFL’s increased efforts to target women this season. Female fan gear has finally grown up from pink jerseys and bedazzling techniques, a sorry attempt at making team clothing feminine and fashionable. Instead, the new NFL women’s attire options were created to mimic emerging runway trends and the gear is tailored to fit any woman’s lifestyle.

A Glam Slam has already shared apparel options, print ads and a TV spot, all of which are part of the “NFL Women's Apparel, Fit for You” campaign. And here’s the last piece of the puzzle. A dedicated NFL women’s site (women.nfl.com) has launched today, providing access to all of the things that make football fashionable. Here’s what you’ll find:

Look Book: A preview of the latest and greatest team fashions for ladies and direct links for purchase.

Beyond the Sidelines: A behind-the-scenes look at the “NFL Women’s Apparel, Fit for You” Campaign. NFL WAGs including October Gonzalez (wife of Atlanta Falcons TE, Tony Gonzalez), Christy Cooley (wife of Washington Redskins TE, Chris Cooley), Lena Ward (wife of Indianapolis Colts COO, Pete Ward) and Michelle Ryan (wife of New York Jets head coach, Rex Ryan) share their secrets for incorporating team gear into their everyday lives.

Strut Your Fit Contest: Now that fans have a wide array of stylish and sporty apparel options to choose from, the NFL wants to know more about your personal gameday style. Upload a video describing your favorite looks and what you love about NFL women’s gear, for a chance to win tickets to the Super Bowl.
