From fashion dud to fashion stud: Chris Bosh heats up Complex Magazine

LeBron and D-Wade are two of the NBA’s biggest fashion icons and they seem to have rubbed off on the third member of the Heat’s new power trio. Chris Bosh has been working on his off-court style during the NBA off-season.

Last month Bosh hit the fashion scene during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, scoring front row seats to runway shows such as Lacoste, Bebe and Tracy Reese. But recently he became the muse himself. Shot in Miami by photographer Dania Graibe, Bosh played the role of fashion model for Complex magazine and showed off his range of style.

According to Bosh, “Being able to dress nice and look nice, it’s a lot of fun.” And revamping his personal style was a necessity for the baller, who will now be a part of the glitz and glamour that will surround Miami this season.

Complex magazine gave us taste of Bosh's new flair for fashion. For this shoot, he wore two outfits: first, a casual ensemble which included a hoodie, shorts and sneakers in the Heat’s red, black and white hues. Second, he sported hip, fashion-forward attire which featured dark jeans, a button-down shirt, skinny tie and leather jacket.
