In May 2011, Sony, 3net and Facebook teamed up for the "Your Life in Sony 3D" contest. The concept behind the contest was to capture a moment of a lifetime for one lucky winner and have their story told on-air.

Hundreds entered to have their special moment shot in Sony 3D and broadcast on 3net. The ultimate winner came down to the decision of two 3D professional judges, Scott Stewart and Sony's own Buzz Hays.

Meet Sierra, an inspirational fifteen-year-old skateboarder with cerebral palsy, whose dream is to be the first disabled skater to turn pro.

3net and Sony helped to make Sierra's dream come true by taking her to theX Games to meet and skate with pro athletes, while telling her inspirational story of determination and perseverance.
