GRO Bike Gathers The Girls At Interbike

What a show this Interbike. GRO’s beginnings in bike are with BMX. But as this show showed, BMX is a small portion of the options for what bike you ride, where you ride it and how you ride it. And guess what. Women are riding in all of them! Cannot wait to start sharing the 2013 Bike news with you but for now enjoy these photos from Interbike, Las Vegas.

Aurelie Tourlier traveled in from France, Lindsay Currier is a leader in Freeride Mtn Bikes, Tammy Donahugh is also a very active rider, and Courtney Payne-Taylor, founder of GRO.

Give ladies a place to come together and they will. Girls like other girls who ride. We share an existance not many can really relate to. We share a love and the struggle for that love. We are done waiting and ready to make things happen and it is by coming together the goals of women’s biking will be reached.

Natalie Nobel, Lindsay Hale, Aurelie Tourlier and Jessica Ausec are all down to ride and help build girls on bike. They travel often and are always willing to take the time to make a difference.

Thank you to the Kost Family and The Rio for feeding the ladies after a long event! Thank you to everyone who visited the booth and all the riders who volunteered to make it possible. Thank you to Interbike for showing your love of the ladies and putting on such an amazing show. Till 2013…
