Spartak Moscow Region  won a fourth consecutive EuroLeague Women crown on Sunday by beating Final Four hosts.

Diana Taurasi's great weekend continued, she followed up her 37-point tally against UMMC Ekaterinburg in the semi-final with a game-high 29 against Ros Casares as Spartak Moscow won 87-80.

She  was also voted MVP of the Final Four, an award she had also won last year when Spartak Moscow beat Halcon Avenida in Salamanca.

Janel McCarville came off the bench to score 20 points and picked up 13 rebounds in the victory.

Candace Parker made her mark in the match for third place by scoring 21 points, collecting 7 rebounds and making 6 steals as UMMC Ekaterinburg  beat Wisla Can-Pack 84-50.
