The final of the 100 hurdles is in exactly four weeks from today!! Omg! This is the time when most athletes ask themselves if they have done enough? Are they prepared for the trials?  I ask myself those questions along with "Did I start training early enough?" "Am I going to be able to race with these women who have been training consistently for years?" "Is my body going to hold up?" "Is my form good enough?" etc etc etc so many questions, so many things to worry about!  BUT, I have to decided not to ask those questions anymore because even if the answer is "no" it really will not matter at this point.  There is no need to stress or worry because I cannot go back in time and change anything so I choose to believe that I am ready I choose to believe that the answer to all my questions is a resounding "YES!". I chose to believe that I am capable.  I chose to believe that I am strong, focused, and still a champion!  I choose to believe that I made the right choice and that I am doing to right thing!  I believe that I will leave the Olympic trials happy because I believe that God knows what he is doing.  I choose determination, I choose heart, and I choose faith!  So for the next four weeks I will live my life with determination, train and compete with heart, and walk in my Faith.  Because if will do that I cannot lose no matter what happens on the track!

I am happy doing what I doing!  I am healthy doing what I am doing!  I hope you are too!  If not, hurry up and be healthy and happy!  There is no better place to be!

Until next time   xoxo  Jo : )
