Pre-fight interview with Liz Carmouche. She faces Ashleigh Curry at 135-lb this Saturday, April 28th on Invicta Fighting Championships 1. Watch LIVE starting at 7pm central at invictafc.com.

Liz Carmouche, a former U.S. Marine Seargent, made a name for herself when she stepped in at the last minute to replace an injured Miesha Tate to fight Marloes Coenen for the Strikeforce 135-lb title in 2010. She dominated the fight against Coenen until the champion submitted her in the very last round.

Ashleigh Curry has just one MMA bout, a win in 2010 at 125 pounds. More recently, she has been boxing. She is a local favorite for this fight, as she is from Missouri. Curry is taller than Liz, which may give her a striking advantage, but it may make it easier for Carmouche to take her down.

WMMARoundup is calling this fight "Most Likely to Not Go the Distance," as we believe this fight will be finished with a submission or KO. Check out their fight preview HERE.
