2011 WPS Preseason

With preseason camp opening in about two weeks, each Women’s Professional Soccer team has released it’s preseason match schedule. Not all games will be open to fans. Visit your team’s website for more information on games.

The Atlanta Beat will start things off with a match against the University of South Florida at KSU Soccer Stadium at 12:00 pm. The Western New York Flash will play it’s first match ever against the University of Buffalo on March 7 at the Sahlen Sports Complex at 4 pm. Philadelphia’s first match will be against Maryland at United Sports Center at 2:00 pm. The Boston Breakers’ first match will be in Florida, but the opponent and kickoff time are yet to be determined.

Sky Blue FC will spend some of the preseason in Turkey as they participate in the first annual International Women’s Tournament of Champions in Alanya, Turkey. Sky Blue will play as the USA champion and will play against current Russian champions FC Energiya, Swedish champions LDB FC Malmo, and Fortuna Hjorring from Denmark. Matches will be broadcast live on FSC.

Magic Talk FC have been very quiet and as of now they have not announced any preseason matches.
