Women’s Tennis: Anne Keothavong’s Off-Court Preparation Anne Keothavong told the WTA Sony Ericsson Tour how is she getting ready for the 2010 tennis season… Check it out… “The off-season is a time to recoup and regenerate after a long competitive season. It’s the time where you can really address your fitness and work on specific areas of your game. The bit I enjoy most is spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy training so that’s not a chore, and it always makes me look forward to the new year starting again, where hopefully I can improve my results. This year, my off-season training has been a little different as I’ve been recovering from a knee injury I sustained in July. I have been working a lot on my leg strength over the last few weeks. I’m on track for a return in February, when I’m hoping to play Fed Cup for Great Britain before I get back onto the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour.”
