It is bike racing…but…

That is bike racing. That is what I am told, but it never makes it any better.

Please pray for those involved in the crash that were injured badly. It happens, but it is still unfortunate. With 1 lap to go tonight in Stage 4 of NVGP, there was a crash involving most of the field, including our race leader, and my teammate, Kristin Armstrong. Everyone on my team was able to walk away from it, luckily.

We live to fight another day tomorrow, and we still have a jersey to defend.

Bike racing is hard and dangerous. We do this sport because we love it. This is one part of bike racing that is not ideal.
