Honestly folks, there’s not a whole lot of news worth reporting for this weekend’s two matches, so we’re forgoing the usual extended team news. I’ve included a copy of the WPS Roster Report at the end past a handful of notes.

-WNY and Sky Blue are, of course, on a bye.

-The Breakers are now without their full complement of World Cup bound players, including Alex Scott, Aya Sameshima, and Kelly Smith.

-New Boston goalkeeping signing Katie Jo Spisak is inactive for this weekend.

-MagicJack have signed defender/forward Ashleigh Gunning who had a cup of coffee with Sky Blue FC a while back. She could be active this weekend given MJ’s lack of numbers available to them.

-Allison Falk and Lauren Fowlkes are still out for Philadelphia.

-Kylie Wright and Lauren Sesselmann are one booking away from a one match ban for Atlanta.
