MMADiehards.com is reporting that #5 Unified ranked Bantamweight Alexis Davis will be facing #3 Unified ranked Featherweight Amanda Nunes at the Strikeforce Sept. 20 in Cincinnati. MMA Diehards sited sources close to the negotiations.
Davis (10-4) if coming off a unanimous decision win over the now #10 ranked Bantamweight Julie Kedzie, while Nunes is coming of a 14 second KO of #6 weight featherweight Julie Budd.
It is expected to be on the preliminary card, and now word on if they will be streaming or airing them.
