Two more matches went down this past weekend, as the Muay Thai Premier League held their second card; this time in Pandova, Italy.
- In group A action, Ilona Wijmans (NED) def. Chantal Ughi (ITA) by decision.
- In group B, Tainara Lisboa (BRA) defeated Sandra Bastian (CAN) also by decision.
Both Wijmans and Lisboa earned 2 points a piece for their decision victories. Wijmans is now tied with Valentina Shevchenko (PER) in group A, while Wijmans is tied with Julie Kitchen (ENG) in group B.
The MPL’s next event will be Nov.6 from The Netherlands. Bastian will face Kitchen in group B action, while Shevchenko will face Wijmans in group A action.
