You have got to give it to Kim Couture, even after defeat she gets right back on the horse. Couture will be facing debuting Suzie Montero at W-1: Reloaded Saturday at the Bank United Center in Coral Gables, FL. The match will be taped for Fox Sports.
Couture’s last match saw her choked unconscious by Sheila Bird, but Couture stated she was fine the next day, with no permanent damage. Her opponent Montero is an accomplished Muay Thai striker, so it will be interesting to see if Couture will use her constantly improve ground game will become a factor.
The guys at MMA2TheMax shot some video of Couture in Miami at an open workout for W-1.
