Baseball has Babe Ruth. Basketball has Michael Jordan. Women’s boxing has Christy Martin, and women’s MMA has Megumi Fujii.

“The Human Submission Machine” remained undefeated for 22 straight fights, unprecedented in all of MMA. She will also be known as a world class submission grappler on the mats.

Fujii is currently healing from injuries with a hope of getting back into MMA in 2012. It may also be the last year we see “Mega Megu” compete; as she is contemplating retirement.

IQWrestler put together a highlight tribute to Fujii with shows a career that has been full of traps, taps, and snaps.
