Titiana van Polanen Petel Aisling Daly
Before the #7 Unified ranked Super-Flyweight Ais “The Bash” Daly heads to the Cage Warrior’s Tournament in April, she will take on a challenge in her hometown of Dublin, Ireland.
Daly (13-2) will take on Dutch fighter Titiana Van Polanen Petal () at BattleGround MMA 5 Mar. 24. The match was reported by Daly on her Facebook page today.
Daly is coming off a roller coaster run in 2011, having lost to Sheila Gaff a year ago, then going on a four fight win streak, which gained her the NAAFS 125 pound title.
She is set to face #3 ranked Rosi Sexton in the inaugural Cage Warriors 125 tournament in April.
Petal (1-2) is coming off her first win as a pro; getting a TKO win over Outi Louhimo in the first ever female MMA match in Abu Dhabi. She has a 13-2 record as a kickboxer and is looking to gain some momentum with a win.
No word on if the fight will be streamed.
