Elaina Maxwell Reflects on Kickboxing Training Trip to Thailand

It is the dream of any fighter to go to Thailand to train in kickboxing. You see so many MMA fighters go there and comeback changed people in terms of their fight game. Elaina Maxwell is no exception.

With Strikeforce fighter Sarah D’Alelio by her side, Maxwell stayed in Thailand for about two months training only Muay Thai with some of the best in the world. She even got a fight in before leaving what is considered the Mecca of kickboxing.

In the video, Maxwell takes account of her trip, including her training and experiences as she dove into her striking game and experienced the Thai culture.
