Two staples of the 115 pound division will drop down to the growing atomweight division as #4 Unified ranked Lisa Ellis takes on Jessica Penne.

Eight year veteran of the sport Ellis (14-7) is considered one of the best grapplers in women’s  MMA. A veteran of Bellator, Ellis had an exciting match with #2 ranked Jessica Aguilar last year, which showcased Ellis’s ever-growing striking skills.

Penne (8-1) opened some eyes in Japan in an upset victory last year over top fighter RENA in a kickboxing bout. Her loan loss in MMA is to Bellator’s Zoila Gurgel. With four submissions to her credit, the battle is pretty even standing and on the ground.
