On the heels of an epic night of fights, InvictaFC announced it will hold its second event July 28 in Kansas City. The main event will be Olympic Silver medalist and undefeated Sara McMann taking on the veteran submission wrestler Shayna Bazsler.

McMann (5-0) has been dominate with her wrestling, defeating Unified ranked Hitomi Akano in her last fight. The 2004 Olympian has two submission to her credit and is looking to make the step up into the top 5.

Baszler (14-6) is on a four fight winning streak and won the Freestyle Cage Fighting bantamweight tournament in 2010.  She’s finished all of her wins by submission with the exception of her decision win over Strikeforce’s Alexis Davis. After a year of trying to find a fight, Baszler will return to the InvictaFC cage to reclaim her spot in the top 5 in the world.

It is expected that InvictaFC 2 will be streamed on InvictaFC.com.
