As many have already dropped their New Years resolutions to lose weight, Kari Lichtenwalner is ready to drop down a weight class for her next match.

Having taken up kickboxing initially to lose weight when she tipped the scales around 200 pounds, Lichtenwalner will fight at 125 pounds for her match at Tuff-n-uff this coming Saturday.

We talk to her about moving camps, dropping to flyweight, and preparing to get her amateur career back on track.
