Amateur prospect Rachel Wray (2-1) has made a quick splash coming from a cheerleading for the Kansas City Chiefs to making her way to MMA.Now her story will her the national airwaves.
“The Today Show” shot a piece on Wray this past week highlighting her transition to MMA and training at HDMMA in Kansas City. Although she has suffered her first loss, she has finished her first two opponents.
The story is tentatively set to air April 21.
