Former news editor of “Fightergirls” MarQ Piocos has been covering Women’s MMA for over three years, having picked up coverage of wrestling, boxing, and grappling. It is his vision to bring some of the best coverage to help bring and promote the ever expanding popularity of women’s MMA, wrestling, and martial arts with some of the best writers and athletes.

Jenn tate 01 bStarting he MMA career in 2006 and one of the cast of the reality show “Fight Girls”, Jennifer Tate went 6-1 in MMA until she decided to take some time off in 2010 to start a family. In 2012, she took a trip to Thailand to train Muay Thai and decided to take up some boxing matches in 2013. In 2014 she is looking to come back to MMA.

We talked to Tate about her return to the cage, her possible run for the Olympics, and how training in Thailand helped her postpartum depression.
