In post fight news, Cyborg got $25,000 for her loss last Friday and Baars got $5000 for her win. Cyborg is on medical suspicion until May 13 and Baars Apr. 28. Both precautionary.

Jemyma Betrian won a four woman tournament in China at Kunlun Fights. She was able to get the TKO over Portugal’s Katia Pedrosa in the semi-finals and outpoint her Chinese opponent in the finals. Korea’s Su Jeong Lim lost in the semi-finals to the Chinese fighter.

Korea’s Wan Ke Han won her 4th straight fight in a non-tournament bout against a Chinese fighter.

Betrian’s next fight will be in May against Sindy Huyer.

Japan’s Little Tiger has earned her 5th world title as she got the second TKO won over Porkaew Tor Niyomsuk  of Thailand in Tokyo, Japan for the vacant WMC pinweight title. Former champion Pizza Sor Thipjaroen of Thailand vacated the title earlier this year to pursue western boxing.

Sylvie von Duuglas-Ittu from 8 Limbs did a summary of Tiger’s win and some background.
