Mercedes Russell makes a shot in the first half of play yesterday.
I got a chance to see the Springfield, Oregon prep star - whom I wrote about in March - play in person yesterday at the West Coast Premier Spring Invitational.
Impressed isn't the word. She's amazing for her age, in skill and poise.
I met her and her mother after the game, and it finished me off: I'm a full-fledged Mercedes Russell fan now. Interview.
