Lisa Aguilera put the hammer down on the rest of the field in the last lap of the steeplechase at the USA Track & Field Championships on Sunday, storming to her second national title in the event.
I talked with Lisa about that race, the changes she's made since college in her coach, training, nutrition and more. We also talked about taking a scientific approach your mental game, juggling a day job and even Lil Wayne (you read that right!).
