Maria Sharapova did the unthinkable, and what some may describe as almost impossible in the tennis world.

Sharapova French Open

After over 3.5 years of painful shoulder rehab, she came back. Yesterday, Sharapova won the French Open defeating Sara Errani 6-3, 6-2, making her one of ten women in history to achieve a Grand Slam, winning all four majors.

Sharapova joins Steffi Graf, Martina Navratilova, Chris Evert, Billie Jean King, Margaret Court and Serena Williams as winners of the career Slam in the Open era. She'll return to the No. 1 ranking on Monday for the first time since 2008.
