Wombat sports is dedicated to women in combat sports. Former news editor of “Fightergirls” MarQ Piocos has been covering Women’s MMA for over three years, having picked up coverage of wrestling, boxing, and grappling. InvictaFC featherweight champion Cyborg Justino will go back into training as she will be a part of a huge Muay Thai card in Chiang- Mai, Thailand August 25 against two opponents in one night.
Cyborg will take on France’s top kickboxer Angelique Pitiot and Italy’s Annalisa Bucci, with one taking three rounds and the other two rounds. Both are world class kickboxers, and this will be the first time Cyborg has fought Muay Thai in Thailand.
Also on the card, Kim Couture returns to fighting as she takes on Thailand’s Petchrocha Looksaikongdin.
Five title matches will also happen, with fighters from Russia, England, Japan, and Thailand well represented.

WPMF Lightweight title (135 lbs./61 Kg)
