Wombat sports is dedicated to women in combat sports. Former news editor of “Fightergirls” MarQ Piocos has been covering Women’s MMA for over three years, having picked up coverage of wrestling, boxing, and grappling. It is his vision to bring some of the best coverage to help bring and promote the ever expanding popularity of women’s MMA, wrestling, and martial arts with some of the best writers and athletes.

The head of the longest running site dedicated to women’s boxing, Sue Fox has been the voice of female pugilist for over 15 years. Her website WBAN.com has been the resource for the sport with daily updates and their own belts to crown the best of the best.
Fox’s new mission is to expand the Olympic boxing weight divisions for women. There is a petition for people to sign here that will be brought to AIBA president Dr. Ching-Kuo Wu by Fox.
Wombat Sports’s MarQ and Girlboxing’s Malissa talk to Fox about the camapign and the current state of boxing.
