Baylor Bears picked to win Big 12

To go along with her preseason pick to repeat as Big 12 Player of the Year, Brittney Griner's Baylor Bears were also slated to win the conference in 2011-12. The only other school to receive a first place vote (from Baylor's Kim Mulkey) was defending NCAA champions, Texas A&M;:

6. Texas Tech - 37
