Three-Time Defensive Player of the Year: Tamika Catchings

Catchings started her career at the University of Tennessee. As a freshman with Tennessee she took home the national title with her fellow Vols (1997/1998). In 2001 she was drafted to the Indiana Fever. She is part of the women's National Team and has represented the US in the 2004 and 2008 Olympic games where she brought back two gold metals. She was part of the 2006 All-Star Game and is a three-time WNBA Defensive Player of the Year winner. She has started the Catch the Stars Foundation, Inc, which helps at-risk youth help achieve their goals.
